How do I book a day tour or short trip?
You can book directly via our Contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your preferred dates, destination, and group size. We will confirm vehicle availability, guide allocation, and total pricing in KSh.
What is included in the tour price?
All tour packages include professional licensed driver guides, park admission fees, transport from Nairobi, bottled drinking water, and all itinerary activities listed.
Can itineraries be customized for private groups?
Yes. We customize day departures, pick-up points across Nairobi, photography stops, and meal arrangements for private families, friends, and corporate groups.
What should I wear and carry on day trips?
Comfortable walking shoes, light layers for cool morning breezes, sun protection (hat and sunscreen), a camera or phone, and official identification for park gate clearance.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Tours can be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Full details are outlined in our booking agreement.
