1. Booking and Confirmations
All reservations are confirmed once agreed itinerary details are finalized and booking deposits are cleared. We provide formal vouchers detailing departure timings, driver contacts, and inclusions.
2. Pricing and Payments
All package prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless explicitly requested otherwise. Payments can be made via authorized bank transfers, M-Pesa business tills, or major credit cards.
3. Health, Safety, and Park Guidelines
Guests must adhere to national park guidelines, including staying inside vehicles during game drives, respecting wildlife distance rules, and following guide instructions at all times.
4. Changes and Force Majeure
While every effort is made to adhere to planned schedules, routes may occasionally adjust due to weather conditions or park road advisories to ensure guest safety.
